At Metal Art, we strive to provide you with high-quality handcrafted decor and personalized metal products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Replacement/Exchange product will be delivered in 5-7 business days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it.

In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.

Returns are not accepted for:

Customized or personalized products.

Items that show signs of use or damage not caused during transit.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact us at metalart@gmail.com or call +91-8881138442 within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.

Approval & Instructions: After review, we will notify you about return approval and provide the return shipping address.

Shipping the Product: You must send the item back within 3 business days of return approval. Please ensure the product is securely packed.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed/Credited within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
